I’m no stranger to injury. My body has taken a lot of abuse over the years and I know what it’s like to structure your life around pain.
The traditional fitness model does little to alleviate the aches and pains of daily life, much less more serious problems, and can actually worsen existing issues or lead to the onset of new ones.
I founded Oddball Strong to educate people on a better way to train, one that doesn’t sacrifice health and wellness for performance or aesthetics.
Since I started training in 2014 I’ve helped hundreds of people reach their goals, get out of pain, and back to living healthy, active, lives.
